This surcharge is imposed by Technada Services Inc., not by Visa or Mastercard, and is not greater than Technada Services Inc.'s effective merchant discount rate for credit card transactions. Debit and prepaid cards are not charged this surcharge, and it does not apply to payments made in Quebec.
